The Tall Wainscot Cap is a primed Finger-Joint Pine trim built to fit onto a 5/8" upper rail in our Elite Wainscot Systems. It is 8 ft long with a 2 1/2" by 1 3/8" profile and is offered with various back sets and dados to suit your application. Pine construction provides better impact and water resistance than MDF at the most-handled edge of the wainscot. Shipping primed, it is ready for paint with no additional prep. This version features a 5/8" back set to match our deeper 5/8" rail systems.
